On Tuesday 3rd August I was back at Cheltenham's Town Hall, this time it was to see a band called A COMPANY OF SNAKES. The band was made up of the following people:-

• MICKY MOODY (WHITESNAKE) - Lead Guitar
• BERNIE MARSDEN (WHITESNAKE) - Rhythm Guitar
• NEIL MURRAY (WHITESNAKE) - Bass Guitar
• DON AIREY (RAINBOW) - Keyboards
• ROBERT HEART (BAD COMPANY) - Vocals
• JON LINGWOOD (MANFRED MANN'S EARTH BAND) - Drums

The band performed the classic hits from BAD COMPANY, RAINBOW and WHITESNAKE, hits like FOOL FOR YOUR LOVING, SINCE YOU'VE BEEN GONE, CAN'T GET ENOUGH, HERE I GO AGAIN, FEEL LIKE MAKIN' LOVE, and IS THIS LOVE.

At one point in the show DON AIREY performed a solo on the keyboards which I thought was absolutely incredible.

The only problem with this line-up is that PETE FRAME will have to re-write the family trees for these four bands.
